How to Use the USB/Type-C Charging Ports on the Luggage
Share
Q1: Does the luggage have a built-in battery?
A: No, the luggage does not include a built-in battery. To use the external charging ports, you must connect your own power bank to the appropriate cable inside the luggage.
Q2: Why are there two charging ports on the luggage lock?
A: The lock features two external charging ports:
- One USB-A port
-
One Type-C port
Each port is connected to a separate internal cable inside the luggage.
Q3: How do I correctly connect my power bank?
A:
You need to choose one of the two internal cables to connect to your power bank:
-
Connect to the internal USB-A cable:
- Powers only the external USB-A port
- Use a USB-A to Lightning or USB-A to Type-C cable to charge your phone
-
Connect to the internal Type-C cable:
- Powers only the external Type-C port
- Use a Type-C to Lightning or Type-C to Type-C cable to charge your phone
Important: If you connect the power bank to the USB-A cable, the Type-C port will not work — and vice versa.
Q4: I connected my power bank but neither port is working. Why?
A: Please ensure:
- Your power bank is fully charged and turned on
- You are connecting to the correct internal cable based on which external port you want to use
- Your charging cable (USB/Type-C to phone) is functional.
